Personnel Selection
At Imavov Security, only qualified specialists are recruited. We rigorously comply with French legislation when selecting and checking the qualifications of our employees.
Candidate Selection
During the selection process at Imavov Sécurité, all documents and certificates provided are carefully checked for conformity according to the requirements of the National Council of Private Security Activities (CNAPS). Each candidate holds a professional card and a CNAPS accreditation as well as CQP or SSIAP professional qualification certificates, attesting to their skills and readiness to perform security tasks. This approach enables us to ensure strict control over the quality and safety of our services.
Regular Confirmation of Qualifications
We require our employees to undergo regular recertification to confirm their qualifications in accordance with French legislation. This includes renewal of the CNAPS license every five years and participation in annual continuing education courses, which is a mandatory requirement to keep professional knowledge up to date in the dynamic environment security environment. These measures guarantee a high level of professional preparation and readiness for action on the part of our employees.
